Bulls Fall, Heat Advance to NBA Playoffs

Herro's Near Triple-Double Leads Miami

Miami, FL - The Miami Heat have punched their ticket to the 2024 NBA Playoffs after defeating the Chicago Bulls 112-91 in their Eastern Conference play-in finale on Friday night.

Tyler Herro led the way for the Heat, finishing with 24 points, 9 rebounds, and 9 assists. Jaime Jaquez Jr. added 21 points, and Bam Adebayo contributed 18 points and 10 rebounds.

The Bulls were led by DeMar DeRozan, who scored 25 points. Nikola Vucevic finished with 18 points and 10 rebounds, but it wasn't enough to overcome the Heat's balanced attack.

The Heat will now face the Boston Celtics in the first round of the playoffs. The Celtics advanced to the playoffs with a 107-97 win over the Atlanta Hawks earlier on Friday.

The Heat and Celtics will tip off their playoff series on Sunday night in Boston.
